Open Question: My cellphone has not been receiving service lately, is it broken?

I live in Southern Utah and have my plan through T-Mobile, and I have had my phone since late 2009. I have never had troubles with service before, but recently my phone has been randomly dropping service. I am wondering if there is a problem with my internal antennae. I am a clumsy person, and drop my phone a lot, so I wouldn't be shocked if it was broken, but I don't want to replace it if there is nothing wrong with it. Any advice?... Read More »
